My name is Amanda and I live in beautiful New Jersey. My kitchen might be tiny, but I love to try new cooking and baking projects. I’m not afraid to try new things, whether it’s making homemade pasta or baking sourdough bread. At the same time, I love making quick and healthy meals for myself and the people I love. I have been trying to cook with fresh, seasonal ingredients and to eat less processed food. This year I have joined a CSA (community supported agriculture) program for the first time.
